Tell us about a woman, well-known or not, whom you admire and why.

Greta Thunberg, whose protests outside the Swedish parliament last year sparked a global climate strike movement. I admire her ability to inspire a generation.

Who was the last artist to really catch your eye?

Kudzenai-Violet Hwame - a close friend brought her work to my attention at 1:54, London in 2017 and I have been following her progress closely since then. Her intensely pigmented paintings collate past and present into bold Afro-futuristic visions and portray a strong original voice.

Which female artist, living or dead, would you invite to a fantasy dinner party and why?

Hilma af Klint, I like to imagine attending one of her séances and experience her visions, sensing her curiosity about the spiritual realm, theosophy and anthroposophy.
