Drawing on Style: AWITA Coffee Morning

With the start of London Fashion Week, AWITA members were given the chance to see Cromwell Place’s latest exhibit Drawing On Style 2021, which celebrated rare and unseen fashion illustrations from post-war 1940s to the present day.
Connie Gray, curator of the exhibit and co-founder with Ashley Gray of Gray M.C.A, spoke and gave a tour of the exhibit that was described as a “riot of colour.” Members saw new work by David Downton, Ali Mahdavi, Gladys Perint Palmer, Bil Donovan, and more.
