UK artists and organisations are increasingly seeking international opportunities, commissions, representation, sales and audiences. At this event. two pairs of artists and art professionals, each at different stages in their careers, reflected on the practical considerations of working internationally—speaking on the need for infrastructure, research and residencies, and the co-dependent artist and curator relationship. They shared perspectives grounded in genuine passion, being unafraid to fan-girl and a commitment to hard work.
