If you were to give advice to your younger self, what would it be?
To keep a bigger picture in mind, as I do now. Such perspective, I have found, allows you to identify more learning opportunities and think more strategically.

What are you excited about right now?
I am excited about the future. Having just moved jobs, I am thrilled to be surprised by my career progress yet to happen.

The present world is moving so fast that I expect to develop new interests and skills with which to drive innovation in chosen sectors and across. The Art Sector in particular appears to me as one with huge potential to transform by inviting initiatives/trends brewing or already on-going in other fields.

Which 3 qualities do you think one must have to succeed?
Open mind, courage and emotional intelligence. Open mind allows you to embrace the unknown and see beyond the status quo. Courage is your drive to dare to do unprecedented things as well as to stick to your vision, sometimes against the majority. Emotional intelligence provides a solid ground for a thriving teamwork which, in the light of technological advances, is crucial.
