The Line

The Line is an ambitious public art project in East London that connects Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park and The O2, following the waterways and the line of the Greenwich Meridian. Their mission is to connect communities and inspire individuals through a dynamic outdoor exhibition programme where everyone can explore art, nature and heritage for free.

The Line is an experience. It is a space for discovery and adventure, as well as quiet contemplation. The seasons and tides are always changing. Every visit is unique. Spend time on The Line. It’s yours to explore.

Megan Piper

Megan co-founded The Line with the late regeneration expert, Clive Dutton. Prior to starting The Line, Megan was a gallerist and ran The Piper Gallery in Fitzrovia (2012-13) and a gallery space on Jermyn Street in St James’s (2016-17). She is a founding member of the Association of Women in the Arts and a former Governor of Elmhurst Ballet School in Birmingham.
