AWITA was founded to champion female ambition and leadership across the visual arts. We’re a growing international community that believes convening and sharing knowledge can build a more equitable art world.
Members span the professional art world: gallerists, curators, art lawyers, advisors, writers, and auction house experts.
For women and non-binary individuals with 5+ years working in the professional arts. Membership starts at £250/year + VAT.

Mentoring Walk & Talk
Start the day walking with fellow art professionals in peer-to-peer conversation and exchange, culminating in a walkthrough of Don’t Look Back at Unit London – a high voltage exhibition curated by AWITA Co-Founder Sigrid Kirk and Executive Committee Member Beth Greenacre.
Conceived like a multi-gig event, the show unfolds across stages and spaces, from a Quench Gallery merch zone to works by a cross-generational line-up of artists whose practices channel the grit, humour and restless energy of the 1990s and 2000s into today’s cultural moment.
