We are delighted to invite you to our next event. As you may be aware, a new centre for contemporary art is coming to Goldsmiths in September 2018. Assemble, the London-based architects who won the Turner Prize in 2015, were selected to convert the former public baths and Victorian water tanks on the south London campus into the new 1,000 sq. m centre housing eight gallery spaces.
The exhibition programme so far, overseen by the gallery director Sarah McCrory, includes shows dedicated to Mika Rottenberg, the late feminist artist Alexis Hunter and the overlooked post-war Chicago Imagists.
We are delighted to be having an exclusive view of the new space on Thursday 13th September 2018, just days after the gallery opens to the public for the first time.
Please RSVP below and we will be in touch with further information shortly. Timings will be confirmed shortly.
